THE BEACH 2025 — a brand-new beach festival dedicated to dance music—will make its debut on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Makuhari Seaside Park in Chiba. Just 40 minutes from central Tokyo by train, this prime seaside location on Tokyo Bay offers the perfect setting to dance freely to the world’s top-tier sounds.

Headlining this inaugural edition is none other than The Chemical Brothers, legends of the electronic music world, delivering an extremely rare 2.5-hour long DJ set.

Joining them is rising techno queen Sara Landry, fresh off her buzzworthy set at Coachella, along with Mura Masa, the Grammy-winning British producer.

The lineup also features a global mix of talent, including Korean DJ 250 — the producer behind NewJeans — and Thailand’s genre-pushing Meltmode.

Japan’s own legends will also be in the spotlight, with performances by pioneers Takkyu Ishino and Satoshi Tomiie, plus breakout artist ¥ØU$UK€ ¥UK1MAT$U, who made waves worldwide with his Boiler Room set.

With a specially built stage on the beach and a comfortable deluxe area, the festival invites you to lose yourself in world-class DJ sets while enjoying the sea breeze.
