Important Ticket Information

  • ID Verification for Entry
    All guests are required to present valid, original identification upon entry.
    Photocopies or digital images of IDs will not be accepted. Please bring either one photo ID or two non-photo IDs from the lists below:
    Accepted Photo IDs (Bring 1 from this list): Passport, Driver’s License, Basic Resident Registration Card, Physical Disability Certificate, Residence Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (for foreign nationals), Individual Number Card (My Number Card), Employee ID, Student ID or School ID
    Note: If your ID does not include a photo, you must present two items from the non-photo ID list below.
    Accepted Non-photo IDs (Bring 2 from this list): Health Insurance Card, Certificate of Residence, Family Register (Full Copy or Extract), Seal Registration Certificate, Pension Handbook, My Number Notification Card, Maternal and Child Health Handbook, Child-rearing Allowance Certificate, other government-issued documents without a photo
  • Children, preschool and under, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One parent or guardian may bring one in for free.
  • Ticket sales may sell out in advance. Please purchase a ticket as far in advance as possible.
  • Lost, stolen or damaged tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances. Even if proof of purchase is provided, entry will not be permitted without a valid ticket.
  • Tickets are non-refundable for any reason. The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The organizers shall not be held responsible for any issues resulting from the resale of tickets.
  • No changes, exchanges, cancelations or refunds are not permitted once the purchase is complete.
  • Wheelchair users should purchase a "General (Standing)" ticket. As the venue is on a sandy beach and may pose unexpected challenges, attendees using wheelchairs must be accompanied by a companion, who also needs to purchase a ticket. Please note that space is limited.
  • If advance tickets sell out, no same-day tickets will be available or at the entrance. If same-day tickets become available, further details will be announced at a later date.
  • The ticket sales period is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • No refunds will be issued if the event is canceled after it has started due to bad weather or other reasons. If the event is canceled before it begins due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, refund details will be announced on the official website. A ticket is required for a refund; lost tickets cannot be refunded.
  • The event will proceed rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued for artist cancellations, lineup changes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen incidents.

Important Notices for the Event

  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • The organizer, venue, and artists are not responsible for any accidents, loss, theft, injuries, or illnesses that may occur inside or outside the venue.
  • No pets allowed. (Excepting service animals, such as guide dogs)
  • Alcohol will not be sold to individuals under 20 years of age. Age verification will be conducted at the entrance, and those eligible will receive a wristband. Only attendees wearing the wristband may purchase alcohol.
  • The following items are strictly prohibited: alcohol, glass bottles, cans, tents, tarps, chairs, drones, musical instruments, percussion items, umbrellas, fireworks, explosives, dangerous items, legally prohibited items, and any items that may cause inconvenience or harm to others. Any prohibited items found will be confiscated and disposed of immediately.
  • Chairs, tents, tarps, and leisure sheets are not allowed.
  • Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance. Please arrive early to allow sufficient time for inspection. To ensure safety, all attendees must undergo a security check.
  • Outside food and beverages are prohibited. Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue.
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. Please follow the rules and be mindful of others while using these areas.
  • A limited capacity cloakroom service will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Pricing and details will be announced later.
  • If event staff determine that any behavior disrupts event operations, they may intervene. Please follow all staff instructions at all times.

At what age is a ticket required?

Children aged 6 and older require a ticket.
Children, preschool and under, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. One parent or guardian may bring one in for free.

Can I attend the event with my child?

Yes, families with children are welcome.
However, please note that there are no dedicated kids' areas or nursing rooms.
A designated stroller parking area will be available, but you are responsible for your own belongings. We recommend bringing a lock to prevent any mix-ups.
Additionally, we will provide a free ear muff rental service for children.

Can I bring food and drinks?

No outside food or drinks are permitted.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase inside the venue.
However, if you are attending with a child under school age, you may bring food and drinks specifically for them.

What payment methods are available at the venue?

You can pay with cash, credit cards, and QR payments at the entrance, bars, and shops. However, some food vendors may have different payment options.

When will the venue map be available?

It is scheduled to be released in mid-April.

When will the timetable be announced?

It is scheduled to be released in mid-May.

Can I swim in the ocean?

No, swimming is strictly prohibited.
Makuhari Seaside Park does not allow entry into the water. Please do not enter the sea.

Can I bring a camera?

Cameras are allowed, but photographing performing artists is strictly prohibited.
Additionally, audio recording devices are not allowed inside the venue. Please refrain from using selfie sticks on the floor, as they may disturb other attendees.

What should I do if I feel unwell at the venue?

Please visit the first aid area inside the venue or ask the nearest staff member for assistance. We recommend checking the official website or signage at the venue in advance to locate the first aid area. If an ambulance is required, please do not call on your own—instead, notify the nearest staff member, and we will coordinate the emergency response.

What should I do if I lose something at the event?

During the event, please visit the Information Center to inquire about lost items.
After the event, information about lost and found items will be posted on the official website.
